TMZ has learned Justin Timberlake was ordered to show up in court Monday to prove the woman he's accused of harassing him is a threat.
But Timberlake's lawyer figured out the best way to deal with it was by getting rid of Judge Carol Boas Goodson. As we first reported, Timberlake obtained a temporary restraining order last month against Karen McNeil. Timberlake claims she showed up at his property several times without invitation.
Timberlake's case is due back in court Monday -- his lawyer will try to make the restraining order permanent.
Here's the rub, Timberlake never submitted a sworn declaration about the woman.
The declarations filed were from his two bodyguards, claiming the woman is an ominous stranger. But McNeil submitted a 60 page response in which she said she's a long time friend of Timberlake's. Although the response is rambling and crazy, it's her word against bodyguards who don't know Timberlake that well.
As a result, sources tell us the judge told Timberlake's lawyer to get his client in court on Monday and testify himself about McNeil. Apparently, that didn't sit well with the lawyer who filed legal papers to disqualify the judge so a new judge will hear the case.
We don't know if Timberlake will show on Monday ... stay tuned.
Joe Jackson claims there was "no justification" for him to be excluded from getting money from Michael Jackson's estate ... and now he's asking a judge to grant him a monthly allowance.
Joe just filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming he's "entitled to his own independent family allowance."
In the docs, Leonard Rowe -- a guy who claims to have been MJ's manager -- says Michael used to give his mother Katherine up to $60,000 a month to live on, and that Michael instructed her to give half of it to Joe.
Joe claims Michael's estate has "earned more than $100 million dollars in the first seven (7) weeks following Michael Jackson's death" and is "well able to afford a family allowance for Joe Jackson."
Joe says he has $15,425 in total monthly expenses, including the following:
-- $2,500 eating out -- $2,000 for air travel -- $3,000 for hotel bills -- $1,000 for groceries -- $1,200 for rent -- $50 in charitable contributions
UPDATE -- Howard Weitzman, one of the attorneys the Special Administrators for Michael Jackson's Estate, tells TMZ: "The Special Administrators have been made aware that Joe Jackson filed papers asking to be paid a family allowance from the Estate. It was quite surprising to learn of the request. Mr. Jackson's Petition will be considered as are all requests for money from Michael's Estate."
A Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch suspect ratted out the other alleged members of the group, this according to a search warrant affidavit just released out of Las Vegas.
According to the document ... after Nick Prugo was arrested, he met with detectives and "provided a full confession and implicated several other suspects: Rachel Lee, Dianna Tomayo [sic], Alexis Neiers, Courtney Ames, Jonathan Ajar and a man only known as Roy."
In the doc, it says Prugo admitted to committing all of the burglaries and that Rachel Lee was with him during the burglaries of Audrina Patridge, Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom, Rachel Bilson and Paris Hilton.
Also, "Prugo stated that Lee was the driving force of the burglar crew and that her motivation was based in her desire to own the designer wardrobes of the Hollywood celebrities that she admired."
On the burglary of Paris' residence: "Prugo stated they entered Hilton's residence approximately three times, prior to the burglary in December 2008. That they removed cash, narcotics and thousands of dollars worth of jewelry to include family heirlooms."
On the burglary of Orlando's residence: "Prugo detailed how the crew removed several expensive wristwatches, artwork, men's and women's clothing from the location."
Burglar Bunch suspect Johnny Ajar -- aka "Johnny Dangerous" -- just pled not guilty to the 10 felony charges he's facing.
He's facing six counts possession for sale of a controlled substance, three counts possession of a firearm by a felon and one count possession of ammunition.
Ajar turned himself in to authorities on Wednesday.
Mike and Charles were all over the MJ beat today -- answering your questions on Dr. Klein's visit to TMZ, Joe Jackson's monthly expenses and their own experiences with Demerol.

Joe Jackson is accused of running a campaign of terror against a former associate who is trying to prove Michael Jackson had an illegitimate son.
TMZ has obtained a request for a restraining order filed last week against Joe and his son Randy Jackson in San Francisco County Superior Court.
In the docs, a man named Ronnie Newt claims he was threatened by Joe's henchmen after he approached Joe with information that he believed proved Michael is the father of a 12-year-old boy named Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson. In the past, Newt told TMZ that Joe denied the kid was Michael's.
According to the documents, Newt claims "I was told to stay out of the M.J. love child story. That some one could get kill [sic] for that kind of money."
Newt also warns that if he turns up dead in the near future, authorities should suspect foul play. He's demanding the Jackson's and their associates stay 50 yards away from him at all times. UPDATE: TMZ spoke with Joe, who tells us the death threat allegations are completely bogus and added, "I haven't even seen this guy since the '80s."
In her annoyingly catchy tune "Party in the U.S.A.," Miley Cyrus sings about "a Jay-Z song was on" -- just don't try asking her which one.
During an interview on Halloween in Kentucky, MiCy admitted the unthinkable: She's "never heard a Jay-Z song" in her life.
It only gets worse from there -- the prepackaged pop tart also tried convincing the interviewer she doesn't sing pop music and that it's "not even my style." Cue Amy Poehler & Seth Myers: Really?!?
The unbelievable statement is at the 3:15 mark. Thanks to Best Week Ever for pointing out the cringeworthy clip.
Terrell Owens is finally copping up to what fantasy football owners have been saying all season -- dude is strugglin' up in Buffalo.
When we asked the Bills receiver if he watches his own highlights on TV, dude responded with the most honest statement we've heard all day, "yeah ... but they far and few between ... this year."
T.O.'s lady friend also tells it like it is ... when we asked if the Bills were gonna go all the way this year, her reaction was priceless.
Joe Francis is officially a free man -- and won't be going back to jail after pleading guilty to filing false tax returns.
We were outside court today when Joe emerged victorious -- after the judge sentenced him to time served, $250,000 restitution and a $10,000 fine. He could have faced up to 10 years in prison.
He said he's now ready to get back to his "clean business" ... of getting barely legal girls to take off their tops.
The guy who Chris Jericho targeted with racist and homophobic slurs on stage at the Sacramento Horror Film Festival isn't just saying Jericho was an "a-hole" that night -- he also claims Jericho's apologetic statement afterwards is a bunch of crap.
Mr. Lobo -- the guy who hosted the film festival -- says despite Jericho's claim that "everyone on stage was having a blast," he was deeply offended by the insensitive remarks and calls Jericho's statement a "complete fabrication."
Lobo claims Jericho never apologized to him and added, "I don't think [Chris] has the capacity to give an honest apology. I don't think it's in his character."
As TMZ first reported, Jericho went on a drunken slur-filled rant and called Lobo the homophobic f-word and another slur used to demean Middle Easterners.
For the record, Chris didn't even get his insult right -- Lobo says he's mostly Portuguese.
Carrie Prejean will finally get to enjoy some alone time tonight ... TMZ has learned the "biblically correct" crusader for "opposite marriage" has been mysteriously removed from an ultra-conservative event in NJ.
Carrie was all set to speak at an event called "Defenders of the Family" ... but after word got out that she sinned with herself in a solo sex tape, Carrie has since been removed from the schedule.
A spokesman for the New Jersey Family Policy Council wouldn't say if they canceled or if Carrie did... but Prejean was still a go just yesterday.
Attempts to reach Carrie's reps were unsuccessful.
Harvey Levin You're not the only one who thinks T.O. isn't doing that well this season... http://su.pr/5bNNfP
