Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and the L.A. Lakers have been sued by a company that says they all used knockoffs of their big screen in concert.
Large Audience Display Systems claims in a federal lawsuit in Texas, obtained by TMZ, the concerts in question included a large audience display screen that was identical to their patented, gigantic monitors.
Britney uses the screen on her "Circus" tour. Justin used the monitors on his "FutureSex/LoveShow" tour.
Also sued: The Pussycat Dolls for using the screens as well.
The company wants an injunction prohibiting the defendants from using knockoffs in the future, as well as unspecified damages.

Justin Timberlake says the woman who has been harassing him has become so threatening, "I fear for my personal safety," according to the declaration Timberlake submitted to a judge today.
A judge had ordered JT to appear in court, but his lawyer, Marty Singer, convinced the judge the declaration should suffice. Timberlake called the conduct of the woman in question -- Karen McNeil -- "ever-increasing, aggressive and harassing."
JT says McNeil's trespassing on his property was "seriously alarming."
The judge granted a permanent restraining order, which prohibits McNeil from having any direct or indirect contact with Timberlake.

Justin Timberlake didn't show to court this afternoon -- but he still got the permanent restraining order he was after.
Karen McNeil was ordered to stay 100 yards away from JT, his home and his vehicle. She is not allowed to contact him -- directly or indirectly.
Justin's lawyer, Marty Singer, gave the judge a written declaration from his client that apparently was good enough for the judge, who had requested a courtroom cameo earlier today.
McNeil testified for a bit, as did a few of JT's security guards.

Justin Timberlake needs to tell it to the judge himself, in order to make a temporary restraining order against a harassing fan permanent.
L.A. County Superior Court Judge David Cunningham just told Justin's lawyer the star must make his case against Karen McNeil by personally testifying.
Justin's lawyer, legal pit bull Marty Singer, was furious, saying McNeil has violated the TRO 10 times already. And besides, Singer says, Justin is filming a movie and has a contract requiring him to be there.
The judge was unmoved, saying it's unfair to make a common working man appear in court but not a high-profile type who has a high-paying gig.
The judge told Singer he wants him to get in touch with Justin and have him on stand-by.
UPDATE 4:45 PM PT -- Court is back in session and no JT in sight. McNeil herself will take the stand and Justin's lawyers will submit a declaration on JT's behalf.
UPDATE 5:15 PM PT -- McNeil has been testifying for some time now. She says she won't continue to bother JT because she's had enough of arrogant, rich men. Child, haven't we all?

TMZ has learned Justin Timberlake was ordered to show up in court Monday to prove the woman he's accused of harassing him is a threat ... but the judge who made the order had already been removed from the case by Justin's lawyer.
As we first reported, Timberlake obtained a temporary restraining order last month against Karen McNeil. Timberlake claims she showed up at his property several times without invitation.
Timberlake's case is due back in court Monday -- his lawyer will try to make the restraining order permanent.
Timberlake filed a declaration in the case, but the more detailed declarations filed were from his two bodyguards, claiming the woman is an ominous stranger.
McNeil submitted a 60-page response in which she said she's a long time friend of Timberlake's. Although the response is rambling and crazy, it's her word against the bodyguards who don't know Timberlake that well.
As a result, sources tell us Judge Carol Boas Goodson told Timberlake's lawyer to get his client in court on Monday and testify himself about McNeil. But we've learned two days before Judge Goodson made the order, Timberlake's lawyers had already submitted papers to disqualify her from hearing the case.
So bottom line ... Timberlake was ordered to appear by a judge who no long had the case.
We don't know if Timberlake will show on Monday ... stay tuned.

The woman accused of stalking Justin Timberlake believes she is a god -- and claims she tracked down the singer because she wants him to "rule" with her.
It's all scattered in legal documents which Karen McNeil filed today in L.A. County Superior Court in response to the restraining order Justin asked for -- and got -- after she showed up to his L.A. home.
In the nonsensical ramblings, Karen states that she has been targeted by "Babylon witches" who seek to cast their "evil" on her.
In the docs, Karen also mentions several other famous musicians who have also landed a restraining order against her -- including Axl Rose and the guys from Metallica.
Timberlake had argued that McNeil is an "obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker, who [Timberlake] does not personally know."
Last week, a judge granted his request for a restraining order against her.

UPDATE 3:06 PM PST: In the documents, Timberlake claims McNeil is an "obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker, who [Timberlake] does not personally know."
According to legal documents, obtained by TMZ, McNeil rolled over to Timberlake's house in a taxi on October 22, bypassed security measures, "trespassed onto [Timberlake's] property, attempted to gain access into his home, and delusionaly claimed to know and be friends with [Timberlake]."
Timberlake's security team eventually apprehended McNeil, who is described as a "heavyset white female, approximately 50 years of age." Justin's people also believe McNeil "appeared to be a transient."
UPDATE: We're told LAPD cops took McNeil to a local hospital for a 5150 psychiatric evaluation. Sources say the individuals who evaluated her felt McNeil did not meet the criteria for a 5150 hold so she was released.
Justin Timberlake's lawyers were convincing today ... a judge just granted his request for a restraining order against a woman he claims has been making unwanted visits to his Los Angeles home.
As we first reported, Timberlake claims Karen McNeil has been coming to his home, entering through the gate and refusing to leave.
We're told McNeil came to the house as recently as yesterday, refused to leave and was arrested.

The woman accused of "stalking" Justin Timberlake has a Guns N' Roses connection -- a judge had already banned her from getting near Axl Rose.
Karen McNeil, who Justin calls an "obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker," was already sentenced to a year in prison after repeatedly disobeying a court order banning her from coming within 300 yards of Axl's property.
At the time, she told officials she was the Guns N' Roses frontman's wife and communicated with him telepathically.
The pestering didn't stop with jail though -- McNeil reportedly continued to send Axl letters from behind bars.

TMZ has learned Justin Timberlake has filed a restraining order in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
We're told Karen McNeil has come to his Los Angeles house on several occasions -- including yesterday -- by entering through the gate.
She always comes to the house in a cab. Yesterday, when she came to the house, she wouldn't leave so his staff called the cops and she was arrested.

Mount Kilimanjaro is in for the best week of its life -- it's about to get scaled up by 2 of the hottest chicks on the planet ... at the same time.
Jessica Biel and "Transformers" hottie Isabel Lucas have just committed to go to Tanzania to conquer Africa's highest peak in early January ... and of course, it's all for a good cause.
The two are part of a program called Summit on the Summit -- an effort to raise awareness for clean water. There's a rumor that Biel's BF, Justin Tiimberlake will also join in on the climb ... but really, that would seriously screw up the ratio.

Though Jess held tight to Justin Timberlake's two boxers as she left Runyon Canyon yesterday, a third leash for her own pooch was mysteriously absent.
According to Pit Bull Rescue Central, the stakes are "always higher" with this kind of dog, and "while they may not instigate a fight, they won't back down from a challenge."
