LeBron Does Hollywood

He may play for the Cleveland Cavaliers, but NBA star LeBron James knows where the celebs go to lunch in Hollywood -- the Ivy.

The ESPY host lunched with a few friends and even had a bodyguard in tow. Wait -- he's 6'8" and weighs 240 pounds -- why does he need a bodyguard? Oh wait. That bank account.

When his SUV pulled up, LeBron breezed past the photogs and made a quick exit without saying a word. He's got this Hollywood thing down pat.

2. Has anyone heard any updates on whether or not the child that Amy Sedaris is carrying (in a jar) is actually LeBron's? I would think the DNA tests would have come back by now. She truly is a Stranger with Candy!

3. LeBron is big enough to be his own bodyguard.

4. This is just TMZ's LAME attempt to include black celebs without just covering their legal troubles.

TMZ was inundated with emails after the way they handled Brandy's car accident and after calling Beyonce a hoe.

Nice try, TMZ. But you are all still a bunch of pigs.

5. I'm not a big fan of basketball, but was in Cleveland this week for a Yankees game and Lebron was in the stands....with the regular 'folk....watching the game. He had a few body guards with him at the time too. I'm impressed that he decided to sit with the public rather than in a club box somewhere. No one approached him, he was cheered when he exited the game, and waved as he left. He might be dining at the Ivy this week, but last weekend, he was just enjoying a game like everyone else.

6. LeBron is pretty normal folk. He's from my hometown, which isn't exactly a haven for celebrities. Glad to hear about an athlete who doesn't have a police record or who makes inane comments to the press. He keeps to himself and enjoys playing ball. Keep it up, kid, make Akron proud!

Oh, and make some more "The LeBrons" commercials, those were funny!

7. LeBron is a very geniuine guy! He makes me proud to say I'm from the greater Akron area! He takes care of his kids and is an excellent role model for all! I am proud to say that my son idolizes this man! LeBron keep it up! We love you in Akron Ohio!!!

8. Yes, Lebron is a great guy! He is indeed also a good role model. However, he'd be an even better role model if he'd marry the mother of his two little ones. Is this becoming more and more common these days or what? Whatever happened to first comes love, then marriage, and then the baby carriage???
