Rosie Slams Elisabeth and Her "Crappy Cable Shows"

616. The outcome is that this does make this a better concept as far as the view goes and it's ratings..
But again it is Women fighting and carrying on,which I hate in real life..
It just goes right through me..
I was so excited when she first came on..
But now it comes to the point where enough is enough..
All i'll remember about Rosie on this show is that she is overly argumentive and only thinks that her opinions are right..
But we all do have the option to turn it off..
I don't think Rosie should make Elizabeth look so stupid because her view on the shows she does watch in Rosie's estimation are crap..
Everybody is entiled to their own opinion..
If it's not agreeded with Rosie's view she goes off the handle with insults and belittlement..
That right there is what loses my attention..
Rosie hates Fox News because Bill O'Reilly is never in agreement with her..
I was a big fan of Rosie's when she had her own show,but now I feel she is too opinionated..
There is that fine line you have to draw and especially in the view of the public..
It will always go one way or another..
In this case it went way too much criticalically..
Rosie has problems yes,but she just needs to relax and have some fun and stop being critical and so serious..
She'll be a much happier person..
So take a deep breath Rosie and let all the hostility and negativity out..
Meditate for an hour..It makes a big difference..

619. Television has sunk to a new low.

Most people watch tv for dirt on their favorite celebrity or to vote for their favorite Idol; not for any intelligent conversation. Americans care more about Brittany not wearing underwear than they care about what Bush and his Brigade have done to this country. Rosie tried to get this country thinking again and this is what happens.

So is it any wonder that Barbara Walters and the producers of The View have let Rosie leave? Is it any wonder that they allow the Paris Hilton of the show to prattle on spouting hateful things to another cohost? That's after she interrupted Joy to barge her way into the conversation and dominate it simply by yelling louder?

Rosie's leaving on Monday the 28th now.

Well done, Elisabeth. Keep that motormouth flying. It doesn't matter if what comes out makes no sense. Raise those babies to hate others in the world. You're doing exactly what this administration has trained you to do.

Shame on Barbara and the producers for letting Rosie go.
Shame on us as Americans for wanting to watch nothing but drivel. Because that's what The View will be like from now on -- talking about E's pregnancy, fashion and what movie star bimbo has landed in jail. And these are considered "Hot Topics"? Pulease.

I won't be watching after Monday and I suggest everyone else stop watching, too. Show the producers that some of us still have brains and want a host like Rosie.

And if The View finally wins an Emmy, the only person who should receive the award should be Rosie.

620. Rosie is so disgusting, and has nothing going for her at all. Elisabeth at least is sane, not to mention being married to a great football player, and Elisabeth's husband does have a very pretty wife, and they will probably have great kids. I wish them luck. Meanwhile, the most brilliant, beautiful,
courageous and sexy woman ever is of course, KATIE COURIC. Katie would make a much better President of the United States than any of the candidates and non-candidates too.

621. When I heard Rosie was coming to the view I thougt oh no, she is going to ruin any class and dignity that show has. I used to watch Rosie's show and really enjoyed it until I saw her attack Tom Selleck unexpectantly on gun control. He was there to promote his new movie and she tried to massacre him. It was so obvious that he was unaware that she was going to discuss the NRA. She was rude and her political beliefs became stronger and stronger and voiced reven more over the airwaves. I was so glad when that program went off the air. Then when I heard she was coming to "The View," I thought, " Barbara, what are you thinking. You are going to ruin your show!" The fact that she even took Meredith's place was such a mistake. I was looking for Joy to stand up to her but I'm so proud that Elisabeth shared her thoughts. Rosie is a bully. Teaching high school I see Girls/women to be the worse bullies of all. They prey on people they think are weak because inside they are so weak and they feel somewhat "smarter" and can be manipulative of this person. But you showed her Elisabeth! You're a smart girl and have the right to believe the way you choose without being judged or criticized by others. That's why we live in America!!! Rosie is an idiot and has really brought down the quality of the View and what it stands for. Rosie is just trash with a thicker pocketbook.

624. Ditto KC #618. I gave he View one year with Rosie and she didn't make it. I have watched for 10 years and there was nothing wrong before BW decided Star had to go. When she made her comment the day after Star got the upper hand on the reason she was leaving I saw another side to what I thought was a great woman. (meaning BW) Now I just don't know about her. Rosie got the track to put out all her garbage, like all the Clebs do. I feel sorry for her because she use to be a good person. Now I question her too. Say what you want about Elizabeth, she has the facts right. Rosie is not ignorant or stupid, she has just been over taken by something bigger than she is and unfortunately she has lost. She as been very rude to a lot of people, something I never saw her so when she had he own show, except for Tom Selleck. I just think she had bitten off more than she can chew and it's biting her in the ass now. Rosie always thought she could be top dog and she really thought she had a long run on this show being able to say what she wanted because it was The View. Maybe we have heard enough and we want the Show to be like it as. Something we can laugh at in the morning rather than get upset over. I got tired of tuning in to listen to arguments over the war every morning. It was not pleasant anymore. There is a time and place or her comments and it's late night. I hated starting my day after listening to her so I quit watching. When I heard she was leaving I went back and she just never let up. Well Rosie, I hope that you are satisfied with what you accomplished on THE VIEW. I feel Rosie will have some mental problems for a while dealing with this. I am sorry for that, but some times, as BW says, you get what you ask for........Unfortunately it happened for Rosie, and Barbara. Joy has never been one of my favorites and until Rosie came on she never hardly ever spoke. I figured it would have been a tie between she and Star. Star keep it legal with her knowledge of the law. Meredeth did a good job except she spook of drinking too much and I didn't appreciate that having an alcoholic in my family. Alcoholism is not to be laughed at. Rosie speaks a lot of drinking all her beer and I wonder if it's done around her children. She also said they don't watch TV. I am so glad for that, at least her children don't have to hear all the bad stuff she is saying and they don't have to hear how so many dislike their mother. She has her problems and they won't end today. Lets say I am glad she is gone and maybe The View can get something good to listen to. If I want to hear about the war I watch the news. Rosie is a good person and she does wonderful things for people, she also wants the accolades that go with that. I guess we all want people to know and praise us when we do good. Thanks for all you have done for people in this country Rosie, it was time for you to go and my prediction was right on.... Good bye and Good night

I think Elisabeth is a little naieve with some of her points and needs to realize that things are really going on that should not be. YOU GO ROSIE! Does she even care about oour troops? Our wounded soldiers? The families they leave behind? Their children? The American soldiers who may never return?
